Order and Payment
If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please email me and I will send you an address in the UK to mail this to - this will be quicker and cheaper for you than sending it to me at my home address in Israel. I do not list the address here, as it varies, depending on circumstances. If you do send to my Israel address it will delay matters.

Postage and Packaging
All items are shipped by airmail from Israel unless a faster service is required.

Returns Policy
I will accept returns within fourteen days from receipt of shipment and in the original packaging. Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable unless I have sent the wrong item. Pre-approval of returns is required. Please email us immediately if the item doesn't work for you. You must have a return authorization to send it back.
